Conference participants will be accommodated in single rooms. 
The Conference Organizer covers the costs of accommodation (2 nights, 7-9 October) and meals, does not refund travel costs. 
Check-in begins at 14 (2pm), and check-out ends at 12. 
On the third day of the conference, participants will be asked to check out and leave their luggage in the lugagge room before leaving for scheduled trips.
Breakfast is scheduled for 7 am, departure - 8 am.
Return - 6pm.
